All Shop Critique audits require 7-15 business days to complete, depending on the audit that you have chosen.

Yes - in order to complete your audits we'll require access to your Shopify storefront, as well as any other analytics or marketing platforms you use. Once your audit is complete, we'll deactivate any access and will not store any of your shop's data. Your business is in safe hands!

You can think of us as a Home Inspector for your shop - we’re going to assess it from top to bottom, but we’re not picky on who does the actual work. We work with select Shopify Experts to ensure the work is executed properly. However, we do take on select clients and tackle the recommendations ourselves, but the cost is in addition to the initial report price. We stand by the quality of our work and if there are any issues with your audits, we are happy to connect with you and make it right. However, we do not offer refunds as the audits are time intensive and as a digital product they are yours to keep forever.
