About Us

We specialize in diversity, growing 280 varieties of fruit, vegetables and medicinal herbs on 8 acres of land.

Over the years we’ve hosted more than 500 global volunteers through World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms. Simpler Thyme is run by Ann Lanigan, her husband Mike, and farm partner Bill Orosz.

Our permaculture “forest” garden is full of annuals, perennials, raised beds, fruit trees and people friendly paths. Connecting with the soil, trees and plants balances Ann’s life, feeds her soul and “gives us something we can share with the best customers in the world.”
